Flad Development and Daniels have a partnership that spans decades. When we were approached by John and his team to provide a facelift to the University Station building, we were excited to make a positive change to the University Avenue corridor. In partnership with Knothe & Bruce, our teams worked to give the established strip a fresh look. Work was completed while leaving all businesses operational.
