The 16,650 SF façade stone surface of two historic University of Wisconsin- Madison buildings were 100% re-pointed using a historic pre-blended lime putty mortars and techniques; patching, repair and replacement of sandstone blocks. Crews also worked to rehabilitate approximately 216 existing wood double hung windows including stripping, patching, repairing, sealing, priming, painting and replacement of individual window elements and new custom aluminum storm windows.
