The renovations consisted of the modification of existing classrooms and faculty office areas on the third floor of the Truax building and first floor of the east wing of the Truax building. In all, approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of renovations took place throughout the space with many construction trades being performed: demolition, concrete, steel, carpentry, doors, glazing, finishing, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Data/Communications.
