Goodman Pool

In 2006 Daniels built Madison’s first municipal swimming pool. This landmark project features an 8 lane 25-meter lap swim area and diving well. There are 2 water slides and a zero-incline entry near shallow water play features at opposite sides of the pool. Crews worked to build a concessions building, and changing facility that features a guard area, showers, bathrooms and lockers. On the pool deck shade structures were installed to accommodate for the pools 1,000 person capacity. Goodman pool provides several community programs at the pool including swim and dive lessons, lifeguard lessons, special event space, and aerobics classes.
