1901 Office Expansion

When it came time for 1901 to expand their office and shop a great deal of trust was placed with Daniels to deliver after several decades of a working relationship on projects. The two contractors worked to improve overall office flow, group spaces and shop to improve efficiencies for the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection contractor.

In order to address their rapid growth 1901 planned a major expansion. Several offices were renovated, conference room expanded and more community area was built out to account for new team members. A new glass garage door was added to allow for more light and indoor/outdoor to take place during warmer months. The Daniels crews worked to reduce the amount of disruption as 1901 remained in their existing space throughout the project.
