madison college – information technology
The Madison College Information Technology project renovated 40,000 square feet of space, including IT labs, data centers, faculty offices, and collaborative areas. Seamlessly integrating with the Truax Campus design, the renovation features terracotta walls, backlit glass columns, and vibrant accents. Key enhancements include improved lighting with high-efficiency LEDs and increased natural daylight through new windows. Despite challenges like low ceiling heights, the project successfully reconfigured MEP systems and maintained building occupancy. User feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, praising the modern design and enhanced learning environment.
