Olin Park Facility

Remodel of an existing space in a building owned by City of Madison, leased by the School District in order to house staff that handles scheduling the after school activities for both students and adults. The space allows school gyms, soccer fields, and baseball fields to be used for events to the benefit of all City of Madison residents. Major remodel with new break room, offices, elevator, and bathroom upgrades.
