Lodi Municipal (Goeres Park) Swimming Pool

In the fall of 2013 Daniels crews began construction on the new Goeres Park Pool. The first critical activity was to dewater the site as the new pool is located along side of Spring Creek. This community pool included the construction of a pool house building for showers, bathrooms, lockers and changing areas. The pool has a zero-depth entry wading area which allows swimmers of all ages and backgrounds enjoy the water. Daniels self-performed the majority of the contract including dewatering, excavation, concrete cast-in-place, concrete flatwork, and carpentry.

Key Highlights:

• Maintained schedule throughout winter construction for grand opening in June 2014
• Contractors managed groundwater from adjacent Creek throughout project
• Project was completed under the owners budget
